CUISINE
Our cuisine, with our home cooked dishes, attaches importance to the freshness and the quality of ingredients. These are carefully chosen and treated according to Ladin tradition. The wood fired cooker of the Hotel Al Cargà gives to our dishes a particular fragrance, making them tastier and easily-digestible, just like in old times.
Thursday is a special day in our hotel, because we prepare for our guests the "Ladin dinner". The Ladin dinner offers a variety of dishes, bound to the local traditions and considered at the top of the South Tyrolean gastronomy. These are simple dishes, born in a peasant environment and jealously handed down for generations.
On Thursday our menu offers appetizers with tyrolean smoked products, barley soup with tutres, Knödel (dumplings made with leftover bread) with spinach, spazlan with spinach, venison noodles, roasted pork shin with side dishes and dessert.
Our restaurant, by reservation, receives with great pleasure groups and families who decide to visit our country.
